Our office in Shetland had a visit from the 1st Unst Brownies pack last night. They presented this beautiful poster detailing activities they had recently completed to allow them to achieve their Seahorse Challenge Badge.
Cooke Aquaculture Scotland had help them with funding of the activities they had to carry out. They’ve purchased hi-viz vests to wear while out about. Among their activities they have taken part in is a beach clean up, a trip to Lerwick with visits to the Clickimin pool, lifeboat station and the UK’s no 1 chippy, Frankies for fish and chips.
Connel and Scott went along to the Brownies one night and learnt the girls how to tie some knots and they found out more about our salmon along with a tasting session.
